Sally was a friend from Indian Village but her heart was always in Michigan. She always looked forward to summer when she could go to Leland MI. I've often thought of her over the years. I was sorry to hear of her passing.Mary A. Beaudway (Mavis)
4-19-09I had the good fortune of being Sally's roommate after I graduated from college and moved back to Fort Wayne to teach. Sally worked at the old Indiana Bank. I have such fun memories of her...loved her smile and her deep thoughts on life/love. Leland was her true love and a beautiful place to live. Sally - I miss you and smile when I remember some of our antics with our neighbors at the apartment. Nothing beats a good book and the waves of Lake Michigan!
