 I have a particularly fond memory of Jean when we were classmates at John S. Irwin. Let's call it the classic third grade crush. She had to have been one of the cutest and sweetest third graders in Fort Wayne. As if it were yesterday, I can see her seated across from me on the gym floor. When redistricting sent her to Abbett in the fourth grade, I was devastated.

Met Jeannie at Abbett and was in her classes at Geyer Middle too - always kind and thoughtful, and beautiful throughout.  Due to work the only reunion I have been able to attend was the 20th (? unsure) and she came up to me to say something very nice.  I was quite saddened to learn of her death, bless her soul.  Good to hear memories of her.

I also remember Jeannie when I first entered Abbett, and I remember her beautiful spirit.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
