Alvin S. Brown
ALVIN S. "BUTCH" BROWN JR., 63, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born May 22, 1945, in Fort Wayne, he was a Hotel Manager. He is survived by son, Rick Brown of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter, Toni (Eric) Pezzo of Waxhaw, N.C.; brothers, Jesse Brown of Fort Wayne and Art Brown of Osceola, Ind.; two grandchildren; four nephews; and three nieces. Private services. Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne Street.

I remember Alvin from James H Smart Junior High. He was always smileing and a lot of fun. If I remember correctly his family lived on Gay Street. His sister Evelyn had a crush on me. She has also passed. Good memories.
